To ensure the Game runs properly, adapts to your device screen, and to diagnose crash issues, we may automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable technical information. This includes your device model, operating system version (e.g., iOS version), system language settings, screen resolution, and crash logs. This data is used solely to optimize game performance and improve the user experience.
To save your game progress, we record your level completion status, selected difficulty mode (Easy, Normal, or Hard), remaining lives, and in-app preference settings. Under normal circumstances, this data is stored locally on your device only. If you have enabled iCloud sync, this progress data will be securely synced to your Apple ID account. We do not access or store this synced data on our own servers.
We take rigorous measures to protect your data. All local game data is stored within the iOS app sandbox, which prevents unauthorized access. We do not operate an independent account system, and we do not require you to provide sensitive personal information such as your real name, phone number, geographic location, or social media credentials.
We will never sell your personal information to any third party. To support the free operation of the Game, we may integrate Apple Search Ads or other compliant third-party advertising networks. These advertising platforms may use identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA) to serve you relevant ads. You can manage your tracking preferences at any time by navigating to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iOS device.
The Game may also include In-App Purchases powered by Apple's StoreKit framework. All payment transactions are processed securely by Apple. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card details or payment credentials.
The Game is suitable for players of all ages, including children. We strictly comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable regulations. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us using the details at the end of this policy, and we will take immediate steps to delete such data.
You have full control over your data. You may delete all locally stored game data by uninstalling the Game from your device. If you have enabled iCloud sync, you can manage or delete the Game's cloud data through your iCloud settings on iOS. You may also revoke advertising tracking permissions at any time through your iOS system settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the Game evolves or as laws and regulations change. When updates are made, we will revise the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document (current version: August 5, 2026) and notify users via the App Store listing or in-game notice. Your continued use of the Game after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
